Today, after reading a post on Divine Tresses about healthy hair being able to float, I took a strand of my hair and decided to put it in a bowl of water. It was floating! I'm not so sure if it's 100% true, but it worked for me. Guess all that co-washing helped...

Oh, and I added music to the blog... You likey? LOL.

So I bought Nexxus Therappe Shampoo and Nexxus Hydra Sleek Conditioner. I'm really excited to use this tonight since I heard a lot of great things about Nexxus. Hopefully it works. I'll cry if it doesn't. LOL. I'm kidding. But yeah, I'll post on how good/bad it works for my hair.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Nexxus!!! I woke up this morning and my hair was sooo soft. I don't think I'll buy any other shampoo except for Nexxus (at least until I'm broke and I have to buy the cheap stuff LOL). Go out, buy it. It's worth it.

So I co-washed with the HERC I bought yesterday. It was okay, but not great. After, I did a rinse with honey (See Healthy Textures for more info). It made parts softer than others, so I'm not too happy with that. I just went running back to my good ol' Best Damn Hairspray Period spray (Check the Hair Products link for more on BDHP). I plan on buying either Nexxus or Neutrogena Triple Moisture. But after reading Sistaslick's article on product diversion, I'm kinda iffy on buying Nexxus from my local drugstore.

After a lot of thought, I finally decided to buy the Herbal Essences Replenishing Conditioner since I ran out of Profectiv MegaGrowth Deep Strengthening Growth Conditioner (which I had mixed with my good ol' Wave Nouveau Moisturizing Lotion, coconut oil, and olive oil). I plan on using it as the conditioner I use for co-washing. As for a deep conditioner, I plan on buying Nexxus Humectress. I also wanna buy a moisturizing shampoo and a good protein treatment. I'm still deciding on what exactly to buy though; I'll probably buy Nexxus Therappe and Infusium 23.

Okay, here's an update. I've stopped using the Gro Oil and I'm using only the WGO. Today makes it nine weeks since I had my hair relaxed. Yay me! LOL. I'm planning on buying the ApHOGEE Two-Step Protein Treatment with the Balancing Moisturizer and Creme of Nature Detangling Shampoo. And I also want to buy Silicon Mix if Sally's has it. I'll update on what I actually bought whenever I get them.
