What I Say: I think I've found another staple! I was at Wal-Mart and looked through the hair care products at the salon within it. I saw the Humecto and decided that I would try it. I washed with Creme of Nature Ultra Moisturizing, deep condition with ORS Replenishing (I got the bottle!) for an hour, and conditioned with Humecto. Why did I DC before conditioning? ORS makes my hair soft, but fragile so I wanted to try something different. It worked! The Humecto was wonderful and it softened my hair amazingly. And it smells sooo good!
Product Tip: Apply to hair in quarter-sized amounts; don't wanna waste it!

I've been wanted to get Humecto for a while, since I use the KeraCare Dry & Itchy Scalp shampoo and conditioner. However, I've heard that the Humecto in the tub is better than the bottle. Have you heard that?

I've seen women raving about the 5 lbs tub, but 8 oz is good enough for me now. If I do find it in a BSS though, I will buy it.

The Humecto 8 oz is a slightly different formula, in that its less viscious so that it can come out of the bottle a little better. Conditioning wise, its the same formula as the 5 lb, and it isn't "worse".
We are also looking into doing either a jar or a bottle with a cap at the base and using the 5 lb formula because the 5 lb is a really popular item...so keep your ears to the grindstone...
