I was very fond of this book. Akbari gives some great information for those who are just starting out. She also includes some great methods that can help your hair immensely. I love that she goes into detail about the scalp, hair, and the perception of your hair to you . This book was definitely worth buying. I recommend this book to newbies and those who have been in the hair growth thing for a while.
