It's been about six months since I got my ends trimmed! I won't be trimming my ends unless it's absolutely necessary. So what have I been doing to keep my ends so healthy? I've been moisturizing my ends with Elasta QP Mango Butter and Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship Leave-In. On top of that, once a month, I'll do a Search & Destroy. If I see a split end, which is rare now, I'll clip it off. Doing all these things has kept my ends healthy enough for me not to need to trim. Plus, as you already know, I wear protective styles.

I havent' trimmed my hair this year...the last time i went there, the stylist was scissor-happy

I trim when I remember usually twice a year. I used to use Elasta QP Mango Butter but it left my hair ashy so I had to put it to the side.

I've heard that you should trim your hair every 4-6 weeks but it depends on the hair and if it needs it in my opinion. But i noticed that when I trim my hair it def. grows so much faster!
