What I Say: This conditioner is pretty good! My ends were feeling a little dry so I decided to deep condition with it. I left it on for about an hour and then rinsed my hair with lukewarm water. My hair was feeling soft again. I would definitely try this again, but only a few times a month since it has Amodimethicone in it.

Does it help with breakage? I'm trying to find something that will make my hair grow. Evey time I comb it or run my fingers through it I get hair in my hand. Plus Ihad to cut it months ago and it's not growing back like it should. Please help

I haven't used it enough to give you a good response, but what I willn recommend is ORS Replenishing. Deep conditioning with that conditioner twice a week has helped a bunch. I also make sure to use a leave-in when I wash.
