I thought I could simplify the benefits of certain oils that are popular around the world. I will update this list as often as I can. So, here we go:
Grape seed oil: It's packed with antioxidants and helps induce hair growth. It also has regenerative and reconstructive qualities.
Meadowfoam seed oil: This lovely oil helps hair retain it's natural moisture. It's also filled with fatty acids.
Avocado oil: Not only is it good for strengthening, but it's also packed with Vitamin E. It also contains regenerative and moisturizing properties.

rosehip and jojoba oils are also excellent moisturizers. jojoba is closest to skin's own sebum, and rosehip is a wonderful (and sometimes less expensive) alternative to grape seed.
just my two cents. : )
