Hey, I check out your site yesterday, you seem to be successful at growing your hair out. My hair is about 20 inches long right now; however I would like to grow it longer. I noticed though when I relaxed my hair in-between braiding it look damage, bristled, dried out and is weaken, so I am forced to cut up to 3 inches at times. My question is, when growing you hair out do you relaxed it in between sow INS and braiding? What is your method for growing your hair out healthily or what works for you I wonder?

@ Traycee
I tried it once a while back and it was pretty good. I need to buy a whole mess of conditioners pretty soon.
@ fe
What do you do to your prior to adding braid extensions? What do you do when you them in? And what do you do after taking them out?
@ PJD
Thanks girl! I LOVE your blog! I'm on it like everyday!

Thank you so much for posting the videos. Its easier to follow. I see you have grown your hair out alot. I am trying the same thing with the braids. Last time I took them out my hair had grown around 2 inches in a month. However, I am scared when it all said and done. My hair won't be healthy and I will have to cut the length off. I will continue to follow you in hopes to find a solution.
Thanks again,
Big Mama

@ big mama
What do you do when you put in/are in/and taking out your braids? What you do to your hair before, during, and after the braids determines the health of your hair.
