Taking some source of sulfur daily can help your hair internally. Sources that have sulfur include: onion, dairy products, garlic, asparagus, and MSM. Make sure to take your daily dose of sulfur!

Thanks for this reminder. I tried MSM and I think it threw off my period. Plus, i read that it can cause joint issues when taken over a long period of time. Just throwing that out there for consideration. But, have definitely upped my onion and garlic intake...
