Edges slowly receding? Shedding becoming more excessive? These herbs and supplements might be the key to your hair loss issues!

Saw Palmetto
It is believed that it may block an enzyme (5-alpha-reductase) from allowing testosterone from being converted to another hormone, dihydrotestosterone (or DHT).

Garlic Supplement
Although I never spoke about this before, garlic supplements are very good for those of us that shed a little more hair than most. And yes, you can buy odorless garlic pills.

Iron
As a person with anemia, I cannot stress enough the importance of taking iron daily. Low iron levels can lead to an increase in shedding which can result in thinner hair.

Onion Juice
There have been numerous studies that have proven that onion juice helps hair regrow. How is this possible? Onion juice has a high sulfuric acid content and as we all know, sulfur helps tremendously in hair regrowth.

Girlfriend, you lost me on the onion juice..lol! No stank you! BUt yes, the garlic works wonders and really within a couple of days in my experience.
