When did you start your hair care journey?

Your Regimen:
I scrapped my regimen. Now I just basically co-wash my hair daily since I’m no longer using heat. It works out better for me. I moisturize my hair, seal my endz with whatever oil I’m feeling at the moment, & then braid it up. This is mainly my nighttime routine. I usually do a protein treatment with coconut milk, condish, & avocado/coconut oil bi-weekly. I try to do a d/c every week, but sometimes I get pure lazy.

Staple Product
Pantene Relaxed N Natural Poo & Condish

Why did you decide to grow your hair?
just overall wanting to take better care of my hair altogether. I’ve always had long hair, although I did cut it twice a couple of years ago. (It was the length of Eve’s). But I just want to maintain what I do have and continue the growth that I can achieve.

What technique (no heat, deep conditioning, stretching) has helped you the most?
I'm gonna say the no heat during the summer monthz....i didn't think i could do without the heat but i did it 4 like 6 now i'm trying 2 get back on track with doing that again.

Your advice to the readers
1. know what your hair needz...2. research...3. figure out the best way 2 get the resultz that u want...4. do whatz best 4 u & ur hair & lastly remember everything is gonna be on a trial & error basis. Don’t get discouraged, never give up hope, & when at first you don’t succeed, try & try again!

Ms. Bossay's hair looks fab. She does a protein condition every 2 weeks huh? I might have to do that. Though with the weather I have just been going to my Dominican salon. Just can't stand the heat though.
