In the quest for cutting down on the frizz my hair has, I stumbled upon the following video. I've read some positive reviews on this treatment and plan to try it soon!

Here are the ingredients as followed:
  • Yogurt - 2 parts
For the protein and the conditioning properties.
  • Baking Soda 1/2 part
To make the hair more porous.
  • Amino Acids 1/2 part
    To see what they did.
For added softness, I recommend co-washing with a moisturizing conditioner and using fingers to detangle and style hair (to reduce frizz).

Good video; I might have to try this. My hair frizzes up like nobody's business.

Cherry Lola worked really well for me. I'm a 4XYZ...lol...so it's can be difficult to get the definition I want. I use conditioner instead of yogurt and am extremely pleased each time.

I've heard about this. But I still couldn't find any concrete evidence or testimony that this is safe/will work on relaxed hair. The reason I ask is because I'm currently transitioning. Does anyone know or have experience using this treatment on relaxed hair?

Ms. S, I have washed my relaxed hair with baking soda before and nothing bad happened. And I use yogurt all the time.

I'd assume as long as you neutralized your chemical hair well and have washed out the chemical, everything should be fine.
