My only problem is retaining growth. I keep trimming my hair so it's my fault :(

I had a dryness thing going on, but after deep conditioning with eggs, it went away.

@wun sexii kat What's your current regimen? How often are you detangling?

Length retention due to split ends. In the past year I've hit arm pit length 3 times and had to chop off 1 to 2 inches due to split ends. HELP!

@Anonymous What is your current hair care regimen?

I cowash once a week and use a olive oil deep conditioner. I comb my every day because it's still figuring out it's texture and doing silly things. I was using Cantu anti-breakage treatment but I would find my hair very dry in the next hour or so. However, I have started using Cantu leave-in conditioner and I have noticed a great difference in hair moisture, it usuallys stays soft all day. As far as conditioning, should use a more in-depth regimen?

@wun sexii kat I believe you need to add more moisture to your regimen. Depending on the product, certain proteins can cause breakage(since they strengthen the hair). If the Cantu leave-in is helping with your dryness issue, I say use it more often.
