Remember my last comparison shot post where I talked about how bad my salon experience was? Well, I failed to mention that she said that I didn't take of my hair which is why it was so thick and coarse. LOL. I've officially decided that I won't be going to that salon anymore. Not only did she insult me, but she also caused me to lose a lot of hair. Basically, my hair isn't as thick as it was before. Okay, I'm done venting, enjoy your reading.

What the heck? Hair is supposed to be thick, and not thin/sick. I'm glad you made that decision to leave before she would've caused damage.

Lol, it's the total opposite. Your hair is so thick and coarse because you do take care of it.
I'm glad your not returning to that salon. With a lil tlc your hair will be thick as before in no time.

what kind of salon was this? better question, where they dominican hairdressers? Im askin cause since I've started doin much of my own hair tending, and waitin 12 weeks to relax, If n when I go there, they act as if waiting to have some new growth to relax is a bad thing. I have stopped goin to salons overall. One of my good frens is a new growth master. I go to her home and let her work her magic. She applies the olive oil to the old growth n everything. I been puttin her on to the good stuff so she sees my vision n respects it. All I have to provide is the Vino n good takeout. Good decision on not goin back. if we go to a doctor we dont care for, we switch that. But, we sometimes hold on to bad hairdressers for some reason. GO Miss Cheveux!

Thanks Nykya! Yes, they were Dominican hair stylists. The lady who did my hair is the owner and DOES NOT know how to manage hair. She can't even do a rollerset right. I say this because Dalilredmama told me she used to practice rollersetting on her hair. She doesn't have a cosmetology license from what I know so I shouldn't've gone to her chair. Lesson learned!

Sometimes I wonder what some of these professionals learn in cosmetology school. How worthless many are. Finding a professional hair care specialist is like finding that one true love in life.
