For those you looking for a way to slick back your hair or to define your curls a little bit more, try using Aloe Vera gel. Use pure Aloe Vera gel along with a few drops of grapeseed and orange oil and you'll see how much this mixture helps your hair! In case you're wondering, you can buy the gel from stores like Walgreens and Wal-Mart.

I have the most natural/pure aloe vera gel from the natural food store and it is not the best smelling product in the world. So I add natural oil extracts to it for scent.

Oh, yes. I know that from experience. If you were a thumb sucker in my family, your thumb was doused with aloe vera at one point to stop the habit. The smell and taste aren't my favorite things.
